Energy Code Compliance
EAPM’s certified H.E.R.S raters offer a variety of services that facilitate compliance with municipal and state-wide energy codes. These individuals are also capable of guiding homeowners and builders in choosing the most cost-effective energy systems for their household.
Energy Star
At EAPM we have the technical knowledge and experience necessary to issue an Energy Star label and certificate. We are qualified to help builders and homeowners meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s standards for sustainable structures. We are qualified to aid builders and architects in choosing core energy efficiency measures, completing necessary inspection checklists, and executing field-testing.
HVAC Design
Our professionals can provide accurate third-party design and verification for HVAC systems. This helps ensure quality, comfort, and it helps our clients achieve compliance with the International Code Council (ICC) building codes and ACCA recommended practices. We can help reduce installation and warranty costs as we can provide design and installation verification services.

Our team has over 25 years of experience.
In 2016, our firm acquired a portion of PSL Integrated Solutions, an energy audit service firm in business since 2005. This then led to the establishment of Energy Auditors Project Managers. Both of these disciplines equally important to our services. Additionally, our team has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Coupled with the knowledge of energy audits, energy compliance, and energy efficiency, we created a unique service where we value our work and take pride in being a true asset to our clients.
